This time lapes illustrates a series of brainstorming exercises that I designed to facilitate the concept generation process for a team of enterprise architects that I worked with.  The first part of the video shows a root cause mapping activity in which my team generates and organizes a set of Help Me… statements.  After organizing the Help Me… statements into categories of similar ideas, we charted the relationships between them to discover root causes and key effects.  The second exercise illustrates a an organization and formulation of four main concepts that were then refined presented to the client.
